Fabulous Interview with Roz Stendahl
Cathy Johnson's book, Artist's Journal Workshop, will be out in June. I don't know Cathy, and this is the first I've heard of this book, and you can bet I'll be snatching it up as soon as it's available, because one of the contributors is my friend Roz. Y'all know how I adore Roz and her brilliant and creative brain, and I am thrilled to send you over to Cathy's blog to read her interview with Roz, posted last Friday. I read it last night and immediately tweeted it--I hope you'll help me spread the word because I think what Roz has to say about keeping a visual journal is so, so important. So go here, read what Roz has to say, and pass it on, please.

I have pre ordered Cathy's book and can hardly wait for it to arrive. Her Artist Journal Workshop is a fantastic source of information, even for a beginner like myself. Wishing you a sunny, stitch-filled day, Rice.
Thank you, sweetie! It is, indeed, sunny (82 degrees) but very windy. No stitching during the day--working on assignments and doing a podcast interview, though. Those are fun, too~~XO
What a great interview! I would love to spend time with the two of you and just watch and listen. I am always in awe of Roz and her work. I learned about her from you and came to your blog via Tristan. How grateful am I for the internet?
It's snowing here and the tree outside my window was just filled with red-winged blackbirds and a grackle. Happy to see the birds - not so thrilled about the snow and accompanying sleet.
Can I come over??
Sure--come on over! Now, that is not *my* interview with Roz--you know that, right? It's Cathy's questions and Roz generously taking time to write out those answers. She's great that way--she sent over 20 pages of fabulous answers for "Creative Time and Space."
I did know that and would love to meet Cathy as well. I just always think of Roz and you together because that's how I came to know her. You are forever intertwined in my imagination.
And now it is an ice storm outside....there may be frogs soon. Little frozen frogs
Kathy, have the locusts arrived yet?
Locusts are forecast for the morning drive to work.
