My Photo
Midland, Texas, United States
My name rhymes with "Lisa," I live in Midland, Texas, because it's warm and the mortgage is cheap, and of course this is my natural hair color. Of course! The EGE--The Ever-Gorgeous Earl--is my husband of 35 years. I have the best job in the world because I get to call up artists and ask them nosy questions and then write about them. I also stitch, podcast, blog, and then, in my spare time, do it all some more.

Podcast with Hip Chick Carrie Clayden, aka The Tutu Woman

Maybe you've been surfing the web and have come across those fabulous photos of people wearing brightly-colored frilly petticoats. A football player catching a pass, in full football uniform plus a ruffled white tutu. Or the guy, in his helmut, standing beside his motorcycle, wearing a tutu. Little kids, older adults. Everyone outfitted in a tutu.

You've discovered The Tutu Series, created by Hip Chick Carrie Clayden, who is, of course, becoming known as The Tutu Woman. What started this project? Let's find out. You can see more tutu photos here.

I'm wearing my WIP unicorn headband while listening. Getting ready for a vending event Saturday (Discover Shreveport Common!) while listening. Love her ideas. Thanks for doing the podcasts.

So fun! You can hear the joy in Carrie's voice when she talks about tutus. :)
