My Photo
Midland, Texas, United States
My name rhymes with "Lisa," I live in Midland, Texas, because it's warm and the mortgage is cheap, and of course this is my natural hair color. Of course! The EGE--The Ever-Gorgeous Earl--is my husband of 35 years. I have the best job in the world because I get to call up artists and ask them nosy questions and then write about them. I also stitch, podcast, blog, and then, in my spare time, do it all some more.

Me & The EGE

Yeah, yeah, yeah: "The EGE and I," or "The EGE and Me," depending on the rest of the sentence. If there had been one. Which there was not. Just these fragments.

So shoot me.

And never mind. Because:

The fabulous Marcy McKenzie (no website or blog that I can find, alas) sent these photos she took of us last week at Art Unraveled. I love them so much I wanted to share.

Loved seeing you both and finally meeting EGE. Thank goodness for orange!! ( This is from the multicolored hair lady.) I haven't forgotten the snake bones I promised. However they are starting to fall apart. Still interested?

Thank you!

And, yes: of course! Falling-apart snake bones are still fabulous!
