My Photo
Midland, Texas, United States
My name rhymes with "Lisa," I live in Midland, Texas, because it's warm and the mortgage is cheap, and of course this is my natural hair color. Of course! The EGE--The Ever-Gorgeous Earl--is my husband of 35 years. I have the best job in the world because I get to call up artists and ask them nosy questions and then write about them. I also stitch, podcast, blog, and then, in my spare time, do it all some more.

Diana Trout Goes to Fabriano, Italy. And You Can Go, Too~~

Diana (author of Journal Spilling) is taking a group of students to Fabriano, Itally, in June. Yes, that Fabriano--the place where they make paper. And, yes, they're going to make paper--and they're going to get to do it under the direction of the director of the museum there, and they're going to get to use the medieval paper-making equipment. Yowza!

In addition to talking about the Italy workshop, Diana talks about working with Stewie, her inner critic, in a brand-new series of blog posts about taming your own inner critic. Go here to read the first post and get started. It's free, and you can join in. Click on the player below to listen to the podcast, and go here to find out more about the trip.

Thank you for this interview. I'll be looking at my critic and meeting with her shortly. Thanks Diana for sharing.
